Structural Welding (MIG)
Entrepreneurship is about being resourceful. I needed to make scaffolding to easily transport these 1,000 lb flanges. To keep cost at a minimum I scavenged some fence posts that were to be thrown out. Some surfaces were corroded. I was enough material that was still intack that I could use. I asked a friend who had a welding shop for access and started the process of assemblying all of the components. I cleaned the structural steel and welded everything together. Afterwards I painted the structure and used it to store and transport the flanges. It was all of these little things that added up to keep the cost to a minimum. Resourcefulness sprouts from necessity and desire to continue moving.
